Multifamily & Apartment Bed Bug Programs
Bed bugs in one unit can quickly spread to adjacent units. Elite Pest provides structured inspection and treatment programs for apartment buildings, condos, and multifamily properties — with written reports and clear communication for property managers.
Managing a bed bug situation in a multifamily property requires more than treating one unit. Elite Pest works with property managers to inspect affected and adjacent units, coordinate resident prep, apply targeted treatment by licensed technicians, and provide written findings for your records. We keep the process organized and the communication clear.
We inspect the reported unit thoroughly — mattresses, box springs, bed frames, furniture, baseboards, and outlets — and document all findings.
Units sharing walls, floors, or ceilings with the affected unit are inspected to identify any spread before it becomes a building-wide problem.
We provide written prep instructions for residents. Your technician explains what residents need to do before treatment and answers their questions.
Targeted residual treatment is applied to all confirmed and suspected harborage areas by licensed technicians according to the label.
A scheduled follow-up checks results and treats any remaining activity. Bed bug eggs hatch 6–10 days after treatment, so follow-up is essential.
After each visit, we provide a written report documenting which units were inspected, what was found, what was treated, and any recommendations.
